Team Members
Our agents are qualified in all aspects of the right-of-way process. All agents are licensed real estate persons in the state of Nebraska and Iowa. Our agents are members of the International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA) and participate in our local chapter 78 quarterly meetings, international yearly seminars, industry related coursework, and are encouraged to obtain certifications relative to our industry. Several team members hold, or have held, officer positions in our local chapter of the IRWA.
Our Partners
We provide land acquisition and relocation assistance for federal, state, county and municipal governments; and utility and energy companies.
We have provided ROW services for roadway, airport, pipeline, transmission line, conservation, and environmental mitigation projects for state and local agencies, railroads, utilities and energy companies.
