His experience includes right of way title searches, land and easement acquisition, relocation, condemnation testimony, and project management. Borgmeyer has over 30 years of experience relating to real estate and right of way. |

| Chris Pawloski, SR/WA, R/W-RAC, is our Project Manager. He has worked in real estate and right of way profession since January of 1998. His experience includes project management, condemnation testimony, title searches, acquisition negotiations, relocation assistance, and federal regulation compliance for all types of local, state, and federally funded projects in Iowa, Kansas, and Nebraska. | |
| Eugene Gilmore, R/W-RAC – has over 35 years of experience. He specializes in relocation assistance to individuals and families, businesses, farms, and non-profit organizations. He has worked on state and federal highway improvements, urban renewal projects, floodway improvements, and many local public agency projects. | |
| Stacey Kroeger, R/W-RAC, has over 7 years of experience in acquisition and relocation assistance on a variety of projects. | |
