| Jack Borgmeyer, SR/WA, R/W-RAC, is President of Midwest Right of Way Services, Inc. Borgmeyer is qualified to complete all aspects of the right of way process. His experience includes right of way title searches, land and easement acquisition, relocation, condemnation testimony, and project management. Borgmeyer has over 30 years of experience relating to real estate and right of way. |

| Eugene Gilmore, R/W-RAC – has over 35 years of experience. He specializes in relocation assistance to individuals and families, businesses, farms, and non-profit organizations. He has worked on state and federal highway improvements, urban renewal projects, floodway improvements, and many local public agency projects. | |
| Nancy Halvorson, SR/WA, R/W-RAC, has over 24 years of experience in all aspects of the right of way industry. She specializes in providing relocation assistance to families, businesses and farms for all types of Federal, State and Local projects. Prior to working for Midwest Right of Way, she was the Relocation Assistance Supervisor for the Iowa Department of Transportation, Office of Right of Way. | |
| Stacey Kroeger, R/W-RAC, provides right of way acquisition and relocation assistance for all types of projects in Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas. Her experience includes Federal-Aid highway, airport and HUD projects in accordance with the Uniform Act. She has worked for Midwest for over ten years and has provided services for public and private clients on a variety of projects. | |
| Autumn Anderson, Right of Way Agent, has worked for Midwest Right of Way Services since January 2011. She has a BS in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate and Land Use Economics and a Nebraska Real Estate Broker’s License. Autumn has provided acquisition services for two Federal-Aid Highway Projects and several LPA projects in Nebraska, including water resources and storm sewer projects. |

| Denny L. Bliss, Right of Way Agent, has worked for Midwest Right of Way Services since July of 2011. He has performed acquisition negotiations for several roadway and drainage projects. His experience also includes CADD design and drawing, preparation and review of legal descriptions and review of land title reports. | |
| Lynda Steigerwalt joined Midwest Right of Way Services in July, 2007. She provides office management and support for the acquisition and relocation agents. She previously provided office and property management for other firms for over fifteen years. | |
