Provided acquisition and relocation services for several airports located throughout Nebraska and Kansas.

Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad
Assisted the railroad in obtaining land rights for a new rail alignment and rail yard expansions in Huron, South Dakota; and Mankato, New Ulm, and Lewiston, Minnesota.
